• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree to use PixAcademy only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent our adaptive learning algorithms
• Copy, distribute, or sell our educational content
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

4. Intellectual Property

All content on PixAcademy, including our proprietary NeuralSync™ algorithms, educational materials, and platform design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a license to use it to improve our services.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free tier includes basic features with limited daily study sessions
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Limitation of Liability

PixAcademy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.
